1. How is my eCover4you order processed?

Once your credit card order has been processed (in real time via PaySystems Limited), you can provide details about how you'd like your cover to look (any particular texts or images you'd like). Once your cover is created, you will receive an email with your draft cover.

2. Will my eCover4you come in different sizes?

Yes! You will receive your eCover4you in three sizes: Small (151 x 162), Medium (197 x 206)and Large (280 x 360). And you don't have to decide which one you like better. All are yours!

3. What image format will my eCover4you be delivered in?

Depending on file size and image quality, your eCover4you will be delivered either in JPEG, in GIF or PNG image format. For GIF and PNG image format you can use transparent attribute. GIF, PNG and JPEG are the standard file formats used for display on web pages and are readable by both MAC and PC.

4. How will I receive my eCover4you?

Your new high-quality images will be delivered by e-mail, as an E-mail attachment. Customers normally find the e-mail method much faster. You will be able to download your virtual package and begin using it immediately.

5. How long does it take to create my eCover4you?

It takes three days to create (4-5 days on multiple orders). If you need your design by a specific date - just write us at support@ecover4you.com before placing your order, give us a brief idea of the cover you need and the date by which you need it. We'll be happy to let you know if we think we can fulfill the order within your time requirements.

6. What if I want to order some other material or covers based on my first order?

Actually, we'll store all the high-quality designs of your ecover4you art... just in case you need some modifications later on. Check out our Additional services for more information.

7. Do I provide the art work (such as photos, graphics) or do you?

Normally, the original work that is created for your custom eCover is done by us. However, if you would like specific photos or graphics used, just let us know when you fill out your custom eCover order form, in the details sections. Providing graphics or photos greatly reduces the production time from being a 2-3 day project, to a project that can potentially be done in 24-48 hours.

8. What if I don't like the initial design of my eCover4you?

We fully guarantee our work. If you're not 100% satisfied, just let us know, we'll fix it until you are completely satisfied or you will get your money back. No questions asked.

9. Do I own my eCover4you?

Certainly! You own all copyrights to your eCover4you and you can use it as you like!

10. Can I use my eCover4you once it's ready?

Yes! You can place your eCover4you on your web site or use it elsewhere instantly once it's available, without any further modification!

11. Is it safe to send you my credit card details?

When you provide PaySystems Limited with any personal information - your name, address, e-mail and credit card number - it’s done on a secure server. One of today’s most advanced security systems - Secure Socket Layers (SSL) - encrypts all information you provide before sending it to our own server. Only when it reaches the PaySystems Limited servers is your information decrypted

12. What is the Card Identification Number?

The Card Identification Number (Card ID) is the group of numbers immediately following your credit card number. It is required for American Express, Visa and Master Card. The Card ID is an added security feature to protect you against online fraud. These numbers are used by your credit card company to help prevent fraud. Because the Card ID number is not printed on your receipts, it helps ensure that someone is not using your credit card information fraudulently..
